BC/EFA Benefits

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this post should go here, or in the Students/Off-topic boards, but what they hey.
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone has done their own BC/EFA fundraiser before? I was thinking about doing one at my high school, but have no idea what to do. I was thinking along the lines of bake sale or open mic-type event. I've read the stuff on their website on doing benefits, but still I'm not sure how to do this. So if anyone's done it or know stories of benefits, it'd be great to hear some ideas/tips.
