I live 45 minutes outside the city and the forecast calls for 45 degrees on Sat and 50 degrees on Sunday. There has been no snow mentioned on any of the local news or radio stations. I know they have been pushing that Seattle Times article, but it has nothing to do with the Northeast at all. If anything, I think we get more rain/sleet later next week.
Don't worry. Rob and Craig will move it, but now you know. I've accidently done it once or twice, but I didn't know if you knew about the OT board.
I don't like snow...it is cold on my legs. Although Sand can tend to get a bit too warm.

The storm that was in Chicago is heading north east.
And we got about a foot of snow.
The snowstorm we had in Chicago was pretty big. Most snow I've seen at once since I moved here in 2001. Next week is supposed to be in the 50s in Chicago. The weather here is just plain wacky.
We had a HUGE snowstorm in Ohio about two weeks ago.. during Christmas.. More than I'ver seen in Cincinnati.. It was great they cancelled work for me that day and all !!! Snow is fun !!

oo I guess the changed it...i dont know...weather men tend to do that...sorry for all the talk of it
I heard the same thing here too! Only I live in Ohio and the waitress at Ruby Tuesday's told us we were going to have 10 feet of snow.
Then she told us that the apocolypse was on it's way. So I'm not so sure.

I fly to NYC this tue......sigh
We are supposed to fly out tomorrow morning to Las Vegas where it is snowing. I kid you not .Unbelievable
We had over a foot here at home right before Christmas and where my school is got hit with that really bad ice storm the other day. 135,000 people without power, but luckily power has been restored where I live so I should be good when I head back up Sunday. It sounds like power won't be completely restored until sometime midweek. I am not looking forward to the cleanup though. Part of my living where I do involves me doing four hours of cleaning and my area is the grounds.
What's the reality today, guys?
It's pouring like crazy in Rhode Island.
