So don't shoot the messanger, but I read in the local audition rag ("Callback") that a casino in town is about to announce that BKLN is on its way! Details are sparce, but it seems like an interesting choice for a show in Vegas. Discuss...

Wow no kidding. What hotel? The NYNY maybe? Crazy. If it goes there, I could see it making sense.

Yes, a vegas production has been planned and been talked of in interviews. Now we get to see where and when. I think it is a splendid Idea!

If any musical doesn't belong in Vegas it's this one. There is no "spectacle", i.e., falling chandelier, helicopter, barricades, etc. It takes place under a bridge. This is definitely an odd place for a Broadway musical like this. But on that token, I doubt they would cut much. It isn't very long.
