Posted: 2/23/09 at 4:23pmUgh. I checked last night and it wasn't there so I bought full price tickets. They weren't too much more money since I got the $36.50 seats, but TDF usually has better seats then what I got. I need to learn not to be so impatient!

Posted: 2/23/09 at 6:37pmDon't feel bad about paying more, unless you are in the balcony the TDF seats will be worse because according to TDF, that's where all their seats are...

No, raulmark, TDF has its own site where you pay to be a member for discounts. Yes, they're run by the same group. But TDF and TKTS are different.

It depends. I've had great seats with them. They usually do let you know if they know they'll likely be somewhere like a rear mezz or balcony.
Broadway shows are usually between $31 and $35. Off-Broadway a bit less. Depending on what you get, it can pay for itself with one or two shows. (They have had a $20 Presidents' Day special.)
