BOM and Kinky Last Row Seating Question

I'm looking to see both Book of Mormon and Kinky Boots in the coming weeks and so far the best seats I can get for my price range are the last row for both theaters.

For Kinky Boots, I'm looking at the last row, closest to the aisle on the left mezz

For BOM, It would be Left Mezz 2 seats from aisle and 3rd to last row of the theater.

Has anyone had seats like these? Will the views be good or should I try to pay a little bit more for a closer/better view? Thanks!

I've sat in the very last row of the mezz for BoM, and it was still great -- the sound system is better in the mezz than below, IMO. And it's a small enough theatre where it's not super far away.

I've seen Kinky Boots from the last row and though you're a bit away from the stage its still such a great way to see the show and experience the wonderful sound design!

I have not seen Kinky Boots from this far back but I did see How to Succeed in the second to the last row in the same theater and it was not bad. It's not so far away because the theater is not so big and I think for Kinky Boots, sometimes watching the audiences get so involved with the show is an added plus when you are in the back.

I saw BOM last week from the very last row. View was fine. However if you are tall the seats will be uncomfortable. I am barely 5 ft 3 and my knees were going into the seat in front of me.
