BRIGHT STAR Matinee Rush

Hey guys. I wasn't able to find much help in previous threads so I wanted to repost this question.
How has been the rush for the Wednesday matinee (or any matinee for that matter) of BRIGHT STAR? I'm going up tomorrow to see SHUFFLE ALONG at night and had room for a matinee, and of course, this was the one performance of BS that didn't appear on TDF.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I was about 6th in line when the box office opened and got a ticket with no problem. Was in the front left of the orchestra. There were probably 10-15 people behind me and as far as I know, they all got rush tickets, too.
They seem to have a good amount of rush tickets for this production, by the way.

I rushed last Tuesday and purchased a ticket during my lunch break (around 12:30pm), and I got a ticket in the left orchestra (about five rows back). It wasn't a matinee show, but hopefully that helps!

Okay.
So as long as I arrive by the time the B.O opens, I should be good?

Go earlier. I rushed May 18 (Wednesday) and didn't get to the line until 9:30. (Took me longer getting in from JFK) I wanted the evening performance. There were already about 15 people ahead of me. Luckily most were getting the matinee. Since you only have a slot open for the matinee, I would go earlier . At least 9:00 if not earlier.

I agree. The earlier the better. I got there about a half hour before the box office opened. Was sixth in line but two seconds after I got there, the line grew quickly. Even though they seemed to have lots of rush tickets that day, it could change depending on the specific performance.

Quizking101, Were you able to score a rush ticket?

Oh yes, and quite a good one too.
I got on line at 8am and was the first one for the matinee (and overall). My seat is Orch BB, Seat 1.
There were 25 people on line by the time the Box Office opened.
(I also entered the digital lottery to cover my ass, and won that as well, but it wasn't called until after I bought my rush seat)
