What's it all about, Al FEE,

Is it just for the moment we live?

You have to be reminded of all the popular hits she had. A lot Bacharach/David.

Just all class, along with Petula Clark and maybe Marilyn McCoo (5th Dimension).

I am pleased to read that Ms Warwick rose to the occasion as the time many years ago that I saw her she treated the audience as if they weren't there and just walked off and never came back. We all sat stunned. Someone seated behind very loudly said--Drugs !

Yes, she could be quite nasty.  I attended a concert years ago at an outside venue.  Cameras were allowed at this venue and at this concert.  Someone in the VIP tables, took a picture of her.  They were several feet away from her.  She stopped the song and said over the microphone, get that f****** camera out of my face.   I saw her some years later at an inside venue with Issac Hayes.  Something got her mad.  She walked off after performing 40 minutes.  The two concerts I attended, I didn't see much class.  Wrote her off after that.

I also saw her live back in the 1980s and she spent almost the entire, very short concert with her back to the audience, primarily discussing US derogatorily with the musicians in between songs, but speaking into the microphone so that we could hear every word.  Totally unprofessional.
