What a wonderful video! Pity Sarah Litzsinger wasn't included as she is the longest running Belle in the show. (Both Broadway & National Tour on several occasions.)
I'll miss the show so much
But excited for Little Mermaid :)
Does Gary Beach have a John Waters-esque mustache?!
ETA: I like how Van der Pol had her wig on.
Fantastic video! van der Pol blew me away! What a voice!
This was my first show too. Good memories.

That was so beautiful! It got me teary-eyed = / I'm so depressed that it's closing
It is sad that it is ending, but it is great to have new blood entering the Broadway theatre scene.
I hope that it does come back. I know some people didn't like that it was so close to the movie, but why mess with perfection?
While some might say beauty was Disney ruining broadway, I think in many ways it was saving it, getting out of the durge of rock operas, and back to the structure, story, and style of old musicals in the great traditions of Rodgers & Hammerstein, Lerner & Lowe, and others.
Beauty, you will be missed, but as Ursula (used to) sing in Little Mermaid, "All Good Things Must End"...
Craig, excellent work. It made me wish that I could be in attendance for the final performance on Sunday.
That really makes me regret never seeing it.
Wish there was a Toni Braxton clip. Performing, I mean.
i agree it was a beautiful video all together. it would have been cool to see all the chips or a few of them. i was crying....it will be hard after sunday not seeing commercials, advertisement for it anymore. they shoud def tape their last performance for the archieve.
it was nice seeing some of the belles.
"Wish there was a Toni Braxton clip. Performing, I mean."
I know. I thought it was funny how she was talking about them writing a song just for when she joined the show, and then there wasn't even a clip of her singing her song.
That was a fabulously put together video.
Wonderful video
I too got teary
Was also very happy that Johnny T was interviewed!
i am happy that i did see it awhile back. it will def be a revival. i did see Sarah Litzsinger as belle and she blew me away. i loved the show..i am speechless because i am still in shock its going. by the way nicholas jonas i saw as chip and he was great.
still teary eyed from the video...i will be watching it alot.

I'm incredibly sad to see this go. But as Susan Egan said, how can you complain with a 13 year run? I'm so glad I got to see it when I had the chance. I got to see Donny Osmond as Gaston and it was fantastic.
I've always loved the show and movie and this video was very beautiful and touched me.
Fantastic work, Craig.
And a lot of luck and best wishes to the cast.

It was beatiful. Van Der Pol gave me chills as well.
And I was sad to not get to see Kerry and Tony peform, but atleast they got commentary.
And I hope Susan Egan is right, hopefully it will be revived soon and she can play Mrs. Potts.... hopefully.
so sad and such a reminder about what disney USED to be....such a beautiful show...i can't believe it has to close
and yes...better get revived soon (like les miz haha)...i want to be belle!
Thanks for all the great comments both on this thread and via email. I'm glad so many are enjoying it - and are moved by it as well.

Craig, that was absolutely beautiful. I'm so glad it was put together! I've watched it three times already, and still get chills. Audieu, Beauty and the Beast. You better get a revival soon.
I've already said this, but I'll say it again:
I can't believe we're experiancing the magic one last time.

I'm still surprised we haven't heard anything about a tour in the works.
Beautiful!! I was in tears. I've decided between 110 and Beauty I'm going to have to make sure I'm hydrated. I'm going to be bawling like a baby!!
it is closing today....i cant believe it. jordangirl you will be in tears tomorrow. they will def have something speacil at curtain call at both shows.
"tale as old as time, song as old as rhyme beauty and the beast"
Oh I'm braced. I was in tears almost the whole way through The Vertical Hour's closing, so I know I will be for these as well!
I actually cried watching this...twice.
Amazing job, Craig!
