BWW Video Previews of Shows

Hey everyone,

Is anyone else having trouble watching the previews here of the Broadway Shows (the ones under the TV/Video link on the column on the left)? Every time I try and click on one, an error message shows. This is disappointing because I really enjoy watching the previews to get a feel for the shows. I don't live anywhere near NYC and oftentimes this is the only way I can experience any part of the show.

So yeah, I was just wondering if they weren't working for anyone else. And if so, does anyone have any idea on who to contact to see if they could fix it? Thank you.
