I was on the show’s website to look up ticket info and noticed that they already announced a North American tour that is scheduled to start summer of next year. Has this happened before? I mean a Broadway show announcing a tour (with a few dates listed already, might I add) prior to performances on Broadway starting? Isn’t this sort of a putting the cart before the horse type of situation? We all know that just because something is successful in London does not automatically mean that it will be successful on Broadway and vice versa.
