I'd go, but I don't like Patrick Wilson.

I'm going to the Sunday performance and will be sure to post afterwards.
Just got my tickets for the 1/28/06 matinee. Very excited!!
I'm going to the 1/29 performance. I'm not a huge Patrick Wilson fan either, but I love Jill Clayburgh (my first crush ever!) and Amanda Peet.
I'm going, not really for the actors, but because I've heard that the play is good. I enjoyed Patrick's performance in The Full Monty, but hated his Curly in Oklahoma. Hopefully he'll be good in Barefoot!
I think I may go on the 24th. If Neil Simon shows, then I'm complete.
Yikes...
Fifteenth Row Right Orchestra for 1/24.
How crappy are these seats?
the sightlines in that theater are fine...you should have no problem with those seats.

According to Talkin Broadway, Barefoot will only have SRO, but I figure since it hasn't started yet, that information may not be final.
Does anyone know if there's any chance of student or general rush?
Phew. Thank you, WithoutATrace.

Can anyone give me some insight as to how the $26 Balcony seats are? I've never been to the Cort, and have seen pictures of the inside of the theatre (on the Shubert website)
The Balcony looks incredibly high ?!?!
Any tips from personal experience are greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!
i got the front row of the balcony...i'm sure the view will be fine. i'll let you know!
Love this play.
Does anyone else remember the version of this that played on HBO in the early 80s? It was a tape of a regional production somewhere, but the cast and the performance were really top notch. Bess Armstrong was an appropriately free-spirited Corie and Richard Thomas was perfect as the wound-too-tightly Paul. Their fight scene was an over the top hoot. Hans Conried was the quintessential Victor Velasco and to top it all off was Barbara Barrie as Corie's Mom. I can still hear her delivery of "...and I can't make a fist." James Cromwell even pops up as the telephone repairman. I really wish someone would dig this up and release it on DVD.
