I'm so glad you had so much fun!!
When my friend won the lotto on Barretts first day we got to see Peter as Nicky/Trekkie, and i've also seen him as Princeton/Rod, but i'm dying to see him play Brian, i'm sure he does such a great job! You're so lucky to have gotten to see him! (I just think he's *so* great!)
And I agree with you about Barrett, he's just incredible and I adore his Princeton as well. He's going to go so far, he's so so talented and his Princeton is just perfect. I got chills.

My friend saw him for the first time on the 1st, and she was moved to tears. Barrett is just so talented and Peter is just amazing! What a great cast. They just can't go wrong.
And thus ends my gushing... LOL

whats peter's princeton/rod like? I soooooo want his job when he inevitably moves up to either nicky or brian full time (you gotta admit its the best role for a guy in that show because you get to be everyone at one point or another)

Honestly, I thought he did a great job. I really enjoyed his Rod a lot, and Peter is such an amazing puppeteer that he really makes the puppets come alive, not that Barrett or Johnny don't, don't get me wrong~ but Peter... he's just multitalented.
My favorite Peter Linz performance is when he does Nicky/Trekkie. He just owns that role.

As to Barrett's Princeton being more 'crazy in love with Kate' throughout the show... I always thought he was supposed to be kinda of a jerk. It fits more with the pain Kate goes through and the general plotline, IMO.

ANYWAYS. Hopefully, Barret will still be with the show in August. I'll see him then! (And Rick Lyon...*hopehope*)

ok. . .so as of now we know that stephanie d'abruzzo is leaving in june/july. .. but what about the others? Also, how long is Barret signed on to do the show? Hopefully, I'll have a chance to go to NY and watch the show b4 then.

There's no official talk about anyone else leaving the show. Jenn Barnhart mentioned something about not knowing whether or not she will renew after July, but besides that, nothing.

And, if I am not mistaken, Barrett has signed with Q for a year. This comes strictly from the mouths of cast members. But, he is completely amazing and if you get to see him, count yourself as very lucky.

Bal, I see Princeton as being very young and naive and confused on how to act, and that's why he makes the decisions he does/comes off as a jerk, so it also kinda fits with Kate's pain. I saw that in Barrett's portrayal.

You should have heard the people around me. It was hysterical.
In Fantasies the girl next to me kept going ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh she was so upset.
It was really moving to see others being moved.

i saw the show w/ john on his second to last week, and now i am seeing it on march 24. i hope barrett is there though because you guys make him sound sooo great! i know he's been in the show only a week, but can someone just say something calming like "oh he'll be there then, no understudy" so that i feel better? i am always so scared of going to see a show and then having an understudy for the person i really want to see. i'd be really upset if i didnt see barrett! haha sorry this is kind of a weird post...

I thought I would miss Johnny and even though I did, I was really impressed with Barrett.
Especially since he was never a professional puppeteer.
He was a natural and had so much passion for the show.
It moved me.
Ok. I will stop gushing now.
