Be More Chill ticket swap

hi! i got tickets for BMC this march but i have a conflict with the show date and i would like to see if anyone wants to swap their tickets with me? i promised a friend i would take her and i would also still love to see the show, so if anyone is interested here are the details!

They ask the normal info (name, address, phone, order number, etc) then ask why you’re calling. Explain the situation (not much detail because they start asking questions) and ask to swap tickets for another show. Give a date and they’ll search seats for that date. I normally check Telecharge before I call to make sure the seats I want for the new date are there. I even say I want the specific seats. They then say something like we need to check with the show’s box office if this swap is ok and put you on hold. Then they come back after a brief hold and make the exchange for you. Really simple and should take less than 10 min.
