I can see Jessie being able to play her teenage years until maybe 2025? I think she ages very well, and she can be aged up a hell of a lot better than other people. Which is weird, considering she's a very young looking gal to start with. I don't think it'll take as long as it took other movie musicals to happen, but I don't know why. But anyway, I agree with Jeffery's March dream cast, especially Annaleigh as Cynthia (surprise, surprise!). Although I've always wanted to see Annaleigh as Carole myself, Cynthia is her "type", and I think when the movie is made, she'll be a bigger name. Especially if "Masters of Sex" continues the success it's been having.

Jessie Mueller will be too old to do the movie by the time it happens.

The Sony leaks revealed their film rights to the show only kick in after its run on Broadway for several years so we won't be seeing this any earlier than 2019.

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

The thing is, besides being an utter toad of a human being, Riedel usually has the least knowledge of the topic in the room. He doesn't usually understand the content or approach of a show, and is always completely and unfailingly socially ignorant, which makes it really infuriating when Susan can't get a word in edgewise. A definitive mansplainer; it's always painful when he has female guests. I watch the show sporadically when I really want to see a guest, because it's the only theatre talkshow we have, but it would be so much better without this hateful clown in a dadcoat. (thanks ScaryWarhol)

melissa benoist? She looks the part, should still look age appropriate in a couple of years, has a musical theather background and is hot property thanks to supergirl.
