It makes me cringe... so close to home. I thought I was going to curl up and die on Thursday when it was about how he got his Posh. My Posh currently sits on a shelf in my kitchen, under my Spice Girls calendar.
I had a bit of a gripe about the episode though. It was established at the start that it was 1997, yet the first Posh doll we saw was actually the On Tour edition which didn't come out until after the Spiceworld Tour had started, well into 1998. I was a bit of an obsessive back in the day, you see.
That one's bizarre! Why has she got brown hair? She can't be an English one... all of them were made of matte plastic so they weren't as shiny as that. They all had black hair too. I'm so posting a photo of mine on here. She's way better than this bitch.
I had no idea there was going to be a second series! I thought it was just a cult show that the BBC never promoted properly. Glad its coming on again though as it is a classic. The book its based on is V good too, though very different.
"I was just thinking about this show, does anyone know when the second series will be?"
The first episode of Series 2 airs on BBC2 next Friday (13 Nov) at 10 pm! Can't wait!!!
THEATRE 2020: CURTAINS**** LET'S HEAR IT FOR THE GIRLS***** WICKED***** KEITH RAMSAY TAKING NOTES WITH EDWARD SECKERSON***** KAYLEIGH MCKNIGHT CONCERT***** RAGS***** ON MCQUILLAN'S HILL** DEAR EVAN HANSEN***** THE JURY***
Series 1 was released on DVD last year when the the series ended. The BBC didnt promote it at all and sold extremely poorly. They should have held it back and released it to coincide with series 2.
Series 2 looks like being even better than the first.
