I saw the original London production back in the late 1970's. It's basically your average door slamming farce set in an apartment. The script should give you as much as you need above that. I'm surprised to see this being done in 2012. Back in the late 80s when it closed its 18 year run it was tired, very dated and most importantly, not funny! Just after closing in the West End it embarked on a much anticipated UK tour. The tour folded 6 weeks into its 38 week run. I can only think that there...

Jane2, you sound like the bitch of an usher who I hate to be greeted by in New York theatres. Get a different job if your not a person who can be polite to people who pay ridiculous amounts of money to see a show! Do your job, do it politely, tell your fellow workers to do the same or go work cleaning an office! You bring shame on Broadway!

It's stunning, simply stunning! You are welcome to walk n when ever there is a service and just sit there and take in the beauty of this magnificent theatre. Yes, it would be great to see it stage a great big Broadway show again but it has a very small stage. Walking past its rather plain and ordinary facade you would ever guess as to what lies inside.

I worked on 'Aspects' in London and was in the theatre the afternoon she almost lost her foot in front of a full house! The screams still haunt me to this day. She was such a lovely lady to work with.

Thats what stopped us 4 leaving, the fact we had to disturb 6 people. Sadly, we chose to return for act 2 and another hour of musical theatre hell!
