Becca Ayers as Madame Thenardier

I just found out that Becca Ayers will be playing Madame Thenardier in Les Miz for the rest of the week (one show tonight and two tomorrow). Wish I had more notice on this so I could see her. But if anyone's going this weekend you're in for a treat!

Saw her years ago as Kathy in The Last 5 Years at Speakeasy in Boston. Beautiful.

I just heard that Becca will be moving on to play Sally in Cabaret. I wonder if this is the Cumming production that has been whispered about.

I saw the show last night w/ Ayers as Mme Thenardier (& Nikki Renee Daniels on as Fantine.) I thought she sounded great but she seemed to rush some of her lines so some of the humor didn't come across, i.e. "Isn't worth my spit. Comforter, philosopherandlifelongsh1t."

I saw her on Thursday in her frist preformance as Madame Thenardier. She was very very funny and amazing. I told her afterwards that she was the deciding factor for me seeing the show that night. I was online and wasn't so sure if I wanted to see it a gain but as I was online they brought out the understudy board and she was on it. I have psken to her once or twice on myspcae and a couple of times face to face a the stage door. I loved her in it.

Unfortunaltly, she cannot go on for Fantine because she is not one of the Fantine understudies.
