Dear WICKED Fan
Thanks for your note and questions about “Behind the Emerald Curtain.” “Behind the Emerald Curtain” is a behind-the-scenes look at WICKED run by members of the Broadway cast starting in Mid-August. The tour will take place at The Gershwin Theatre every Saturday at 10 am and last approximately 1 hour. Tickets will cost $25 and be available the week of the tours only.
The tour includes a 20-minute film containing special footage from NY and the tour, featuring interviews with the creators of WICKED.
Audience members will visit the exclusive “Behind the Emerald Curtain” Museum which will include the set model by Tony Award-winner Eugene Lee and get up close to some of the costumes by Tony Award-winner Susan Hilferty, as well as some of the actual props and wigs from the show.
The tour also includes a question-and-answer portion with cast members that will answer your specific WICKED questions.
You will also find out what’s in store for the mega-hit musical in New York City, around the country and around the world.
Participants also have a chance to purchase exclusive merchandise available only on the tour!
