10.5 hours, actually.
I think THAT will be the most intriguing part of this show -- how they will condense that much complex narrative into a 3.5 hour musical.

I wanted to get something that an "ex"-junkie like him would really appreciate and cherish....it's a brick of heroin shaped like a heart.

Posted: 4/14/05 at 10:33amIt's a $35 million production. And it's risky beacuse they're only selling balcony seats at the PoW, they're turning the orchestra seating into the shire!

Posted: 4/14/05 at 2:07pmThe effects look incredible. I'm just confused as to how they're going to cram the whole story into a three hours running time. It took Peter Jackson three films to get it all, and even those had many things cut out.
