Rising Stars To Appear On Joey Reynolds Show To Discuss Benefit, StageSpace.com. Show will air Saturday morning, at some point between 3-5 AM.

StageSpace.com founders Ryan Davis and Joe Drymala, along with rising stars Michael Arden (BARE), Euan Morton (TABOO, CALIGULA) and Eric Millegan (HAROLD AND MAUDE), will appear tomorrow morning on “THE JOEY REYNOLDS SHOW,” which airs on WOR AM 710 from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. Davis and Drymala will discuss StageSpace.com and their upcoming cabaret benefit, “Today’s Talent For Tomorrow,” and Morton and Millegan will each sing songs from the benefit.

The cabaret will benefit the VH-1 Save The Music Foundation, and will take place at the from 9-11 p.m. at the Triad Theater on Monday, October 25. Tickets are $25 plus a two-drink minimum, with a special $20 ticket price for StageSpace.com users (visit www.stagespace.com for discount codes). UPDATED PERFORMER LIST: In addition to Arden, Morton and Millegan, featured performers will include Julie Reiber (BROOKLYN), Keith Byron Kirk (KING DAVID, THE CIVIL WAR, THE PIANO LESSON), Aaron Berk, Anthony D’Amato, and Tommy Wallach.

The cabaret will feature works from some of today's emergent musical theater writers -- from BAT BOY's Larry O'Keefe to New York Musical Theater Festival hopefuls like Andrew Gerle & Eddie Sugarman (MEET JOHN DOE), Adam Gwon (LULU), and Eric Svejcar (CALIGULA), along with Michael Arden (performing original work), Seth Bisen-Hersh (the Fringe Festival's SPICKNER SPIN), Charles Bloom (INSOMNIA), Joe Drymala, Brooke Fox & Kurt Gellersted, Luna Lovegood (MARTHA AND ME) Brendan Milburn & Valerie Vigoda (GROOVELILY), and Mark Smollin & Kelly Dupis.

The event will be hosted by comedian and Broadway veteran Rick Crom (URINETOWN, THE GOODBYE GIRL, FOOTLOOSE), who will perform an original song as well.

Proceeds from the benefit will go to the VH1 Save The Music Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental music programs in America's public schools and to raising awareness of the positive impact that music participation has on students. Since VH1 Save The Music was created in 1997, more than $25 million worth of musical instruments has been donated to 1000 public schools in 80 cities, improving the lives of more than 500,000 children.

Weird seeing this thread pop up again. I didn't tape it, but it was a fabulous night. You can see and hear Euan's song at www.euanmorton.com. Not sure if there are any other clips out there.

i just saw michael in pippin this afternoon. he was glorious and doesn't look overweight at all.
