Posted: 9/3/03 at 4:01pmHave a few more sips from the magic green cup. Maybe your jokes will get funny. And maybe you should take it to private messages if you're just going to keep repeating yourself. Excellent attempt at deflecting the revelation that I'm not the problem, but it ain't working!

So what am I not supposed to say what I'm saying
Are you offended by the message I'm bringing
Call me whatever cos your words don't mean a thing
Guess you ain't even a man enough to handle what I sing

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
ha!
Well, at least that stupidity mitigates the dripping condescension of your vocal dissections and invocations of the popular opera stars of today. Duh, indeed.

There's three "and you"s. One would think such a well-rounded individual would know that.

Lately I've been blasting Verve Remixed 2, which has a happening version of Sarah Vaughn's rendition of "Whatever Lola Wants" from Damn Yankees remixed by Gotan Project. VERY recommended collection. I don't keep the windows down, however, because I cover the waterfront, and displaying myself is more for the egotists like, well, YOU!
Maybe you didn't listen to what people said about your photo, but it DID change.
"a man who has never even met me ..."
And honey, there's DOZENS just like you in every town.

May I suggest that if you like Sarah you get "Sarah at the Tivoli"...really some superb singing ..and interesting song choices...that she really did'nt do often..I mean who has ever sung "I feel Pretty" in this manner?
and as for my pic, my love bug...it changes back tomorrow...and my shirtless ones hit next month..
Oh what fun!
I can't wait for you and your jealous, bitter and very small group of friends to tell me waht you think of those....
and as for anything turning GREEN..it's sure to be you..dear!

Posted: 9/3/03 at 5:28pmPlease, PLEASE don't make us look at you shirtless. PLEASE. If you have even a grain of empathy for your fellow human beings, PLEASE don't post that. There are plenty of bar rags across this great nation that feature photos of low IQ Chelsea-types presenting their pectoral projects proudly. Why add to that?

I'm an East Village boy actually...
... and my pecs have always given me trouble...it's genetics...the back, fine..the arms, great...the legs, not bad...but those pesky pecs drive me crazy!
What can ya do...you must understand that, I mean you must work out as well (snicker)
What no Sarah Vaughn comment?..Yeah, i'm a huge jazz vocal fan as well....running dry, namo?...or no way to spin my quite obvious knowledge of yet another vocal art form... with the "voiceanth is stupid" routine...(snicker)

Gee Anthony, I really was just responding to your assumption that I have been blasting the White Stripes with an explanation of what I have REALLY been blasting lately and it just so happens to be the remix project from the Verve label. I really wasn't hoping to inspire a treatise on yet another of your areas of expertise, REALLY. We get it by now, you think you're really smart. Good for you! But, honey, a little humility might leaven the quality in your posts that seems to make the flesh of so many other readers besides myself crawl like your hero "the voice of her generation" in her lame ass dirty video.
"my quite obvious knowledge of yet another vocal art form..."
Hahahahahaha. The voice of her generation!

God, namo ..you really have no material left...
..honey, when ya don't have looks OR a personality to fall back on, ya need material, baby! you must have learned that in the 8th grade grade..when people paired off and you were by yourself..
Ah-Well...What can ya do...

Your post makes no sense. Do you understand how conversations work? That somebody says something and somebody responds to it? Or do you think it's just declaration followed by unrelated statement followed by ... what am I saying, of course you do! You're voiceanth, overcompensating for god knows which of your many obvious inadequacies who can argue that you are a music expert while also extolling the virtues of the worst of many bad performers on the VMA. Repeatedly.
Now, maybe we can just end this by saying that yes, you are just a font of knowledge on everything, everybody here thinks you're great, and this can end before you end up getting ANOTHER thread locked by the webmaster. And perhaps you can repay us by NOT posting a picture of yourself shirtless anywhere that people with taste can see it. One of your many face shots with that "just hit between the eyes with a balpeen hammer" look would be welcome over that any day of the week.
East Village "boy." BUT OF COURSE!!!
