Hey guys I wanted to know what were the best short plays to do, for Female and Male in there 20s (18-30 age range.
Comedy? Dramatic? How short is 'short'? Does it have to be a full play or can you take a full play and just use a few scenes?

Genre doesn't matter. It doesn't have to be a full play although if it can be that be great.
By short I was thinking more like some of Israel Horovitz's works in terms of length. But I'm open to any suggestions
Venus in Fur comes to mind.
Seascape with Sharks and Dancer by Don Nigro might work.

There is a short two character one act play called "Dust" that is pretty entertaining. It should be easy to come by with a quick google search.
Gruesome Playground Injuries by Rajiv Joseph. Not sure if that's as short as you're looking for, but it's my favorite.

"It's Called the Sugarplum" a two-character, one act play by Israel Horowitz (better known as Ad-Rock's dad). It was done at The Public in the late 1960s with Marsha Mason in the female role. It is a romantic comedy and it has a great monologue for the male character, it is known as the "cellar door" monologue.
