Well, there is only one Soundtrack. But now that I've got all you "*Slash throat* It's a cast recording" people in, what is the best Chicago Cast Recording (include the soundtrack),

Posted: 1/26/09 at 3:19amWell, all of them are wonderful to listen to, I personally love the movie soundtrack because I love how full the orchestra sounds and the cast is phenomenal. But I'm actually listening to the original 1975 recording right now, and Chita Rivera is phenomenal, esp. on All That Jazz.

London Revival Cast: Great performances (particularly Henry Goodman as Billy Flynn) and superb musical direction courtesy of Gareth Valentine. The over-production and occasionally weak vocals on the soundtrack put it way down my list...
