Best Places to Buy Cast Recordings in NY

Hey everyone,

I am travelling to New York in a few weeks. I used to always buy cast recordings at the Virgin Megastore. Now that it is closed, I am not sure where the best place to go is. Any suggestions?

Someone always recommends Colony. Don't listen, unless you enjoy buying things at twice the MSRP.

I never buy cast recordings in stores. They're so damn expensive!

Just buy them online!

J & R down by City Hall has a great selection and prices very similar to amazon.com. Definitely worth a trip downtown for this store!

As ridiculous as it sounds there really are no more good places in the city. There's always Barnes & Noble and things like that but now I just buy on Amazon.
