#25Best Play thoughts?
Posted: 5/5/10 at 2:54amI can't really comment because I'm not seeing Red until mid June, but while I enjoyed Next Fall, I thought Time Stands Still was far superior.

to LaCageauxFolleFan :"TIME STANDS STILL, imo, is the perfect college & community theatre play. One set, 4 actors, and a great script with solid storytelling."
So, you don't think RED has the same commercial characteristics?
One black box, two actors, a few stretched canvases, and a big bucket of red paint. ...? Book it.

RentBoy86 - Red is also written by an American. John Logan is from California and still lives there.
defyingravity11 - But Red will still be open when the Tonys are awarded. It's currently on sale through June 27th, and it's not like it'll close early because of financial issues.
(Guess which play I'm rooting for?
