Best South Pacific Seating

Where are the best seats in this theater for this show?

Anywhere in the Orchestra.

The Loge is about 5 miles up from the stage.

How are the extreme sides?
What section is the best?

re: Best South Pacific Seating

The center is obviously the best, but I sat on the extreme left for SOUTH PACIFIC and I had a perfect, full view of the show.

So really, anywhere in that Orchestra is fine.

It's very, very high up. You should bring binoculars if you want to see facial expressions from up there.

re: Best South Pacific Seating

Is this the same theater that "Contact" played? If so, it's a very low stage---For those in the first row, you almost feel as if you're sitting on stage.

re: Best South Pacific Seating

I was in Row B of the loge at C...it was actually a fabulous seat. I could see everything.

I also feel that SP was so impeccably staged that there isn't a bad seat int the house.

The Lodge seats are FABULOUS. It is not a big theater. I have no idea what WBAF is talking about.

re: Best South Pacific Seating

I agree, sat in last row of LOGE and had a perfect view - didnt miss a thing. With the depth of that stage I would say LOGE is even better.

re: Best South Pacific Seating

Not sure what others are talking about, but this theater has no "overhang". The Loge is after the Orchestra. All seats have pretty good views. For Light in the Piazza, I was in first row of orchestra in the far left (facing stage) section. I thought I was screwed with the "side" view but then the show started and I had an INCREDIBLE view of ALL the show. A few months later, went again and sat in loge on the next to rightmost section. Again, a GREAT seat and view.

After seeing several other shows, my preference is the 200 or 400 seat sections (2nd from the left and right most sections). I always get an aisle seat as well and the sightlines are great.

re: Best South Pacific Seating

I was in the front row of the loge all the way over on house left and I could see everything perfectly.

re: Best South Pacific Seating

I never said you couldn't see everything perfectly or you missed anything.

I said it was very, very far up, and if you want to see facial expressions, sit in the Orchestra.
