Turns out I read the notice completely wrong. It was a Christmas CAROL, not STORY. So I scraped the idea, I really had no interest performing in A CHRISTMAS CAROL.
I'd be selective, too, what with your directing a show, mama drama, quick trips to New York, and general high school awkward living. Wise thinking.
Your great uncle died?
I'm so sorry for your loss. Wouldn't that make him your grandpappy's brother? He must be bereft, but at least he has the prospect of cheap Phantom tickets with you to keep him going.
Please pass on my condolences.
Actually, it was my dads moms brother who died. My grandfather that I am gong to NYC with is moms dad.
My mistake.
This reminds me of the time ChiChi's nephew died. Tragic.
I'm sorry, Quiche, you're relatively new here - you probably don't know who ChiChi is. Great guy.
Loss is hard.
It reminds me of this poster named BwayEqs, OpeningNight, and BroadwayonEarth who was a dad at 11 years old because his brother, the child's dad, passed away.
You wouldn't know them. The last two came and left on the same day, three days before you started here.

Weren't you listening, Phyllis?
He has no interest in A Christmas Carol!
No interest in A CHRISTMAS CAROL, one of the great masterpieces of the stage?!
Quiche2 is like the ghost of ChiChi past.

I like A Diva's Christmas Carol starring Miss Vanessa Williams.
Oh, and how's your girlfriend these days, Quiche?
I hope she's keeping well.
She's fine.
Tell her I said hi.
She's not into theater. We did see the Addams Family Tour together, and that's about all the theater exposure she's ever had.
Your mom must see potential of a bright future with her. Aww bonding.
Are you still bisexual?
^^
Yes.
When did this go from a simple question to a discussion about my personal life?
That gif is scaring me.
Just one more thing, Quiche.
You won the Wicked lottery on your visit last month, you say - yet in your original post (that day), you specifically state that you were sitting in a rear mezzanine seat. I was under the impression that lottery seats were front row for this show.
Have they changed their policy?
I only ask because my great-grandmother and I were thinking of trying our luck at the Gershwin next month on our way up to Ontario to attend my second cousin's bar mitzvah.
