Best way to send packages?

Wondering if anyone has tips on sending gifts to casts. Shipping gets expensive to send packages to each performer individually, is there a generally acceptable way to do something like ship the individual packages in one larger box to the theatre to cut down on the cost? Or  any other affordable ideas?

(Also pls don't turn this into a debate on whether it is or isn't acceptable to make things for performers, we've all been through that discussion before and its tired.)

Hi! I've tried this before. I addressed my package to just one cast member and included the others in it. Along with it is a another letter to the 'chosen' cast member explaining and writing if it's okay for her to distribute. I didn't encounter any problems, and I've done this while sending packages to Australian theatre and Broadway. It shouldn't be a huge problem for them. Just choose wisely as to whom to address the package to.

Honestly, I think it's a little rude to ask someone in the cast to hand out your gifts.  Often dressing rooms are on different floors, and they have their own preparation which doesn't include being a delivery person.

Then they probably won't distribute and that's fine, and I'll accept. Last time I sent Christmas cards to Carolee Carmello without another letter explaining her to distribute because I was so in a hurry, but she gladly did. So it really depends on the cast member I suppose.
