Say that you don't like Michelle but don't say you don't like her because she "gasps for air". Her song has been georgous every time I've seen it. Michelle doesn't gasp HALF as much as Idina the High and Mighty...

Idina: Somehow I got myself to the stage, came out at the end of the show, and I had some kind of closure.

Kerry Butler-LSOH-- she made some really bad choices, or was given poor direction.
Now that you mention it, Tammy Blanchard was sort of "eh" in Gypsy.

-Secada, Stamos, Ringwald, and Shields in Cabaret. No explanations necessary.
-Tammy Blanchard in Gypsy. Very blah.
-Steven Weber in The Producers. Sweetie, Leo is not a retarded little boy.
-Norbert Butz in Wicked. Not saying anything more so I don't get jumped on.
-Kerry Butler in Little Shop, which kills me to say b/c I usually think she's great.
Not Broadway, but Christian Campbell just pained me in Tick Tick Boom.
