"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view - until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."

I saw it last night. It was absolutely wonderful. I was really struck by how well filmed so many of his live performances were. Anyone know if they were archival, or if a lot of his shows were broadcast?
Bill Irwin is so respectable and awesome. Man of so many hidden talents. I'm a huge fan of his clown-work. He started a lot of his physical comedy training in the San Francisco Mime Troupe back in the mid-70s Plus, have you ever seen him as Mr.Noodle on "Sesame Street"? I'm beyond excited to see him when the national tour of "Virginia Woolf" swings into SF.
