How are the back mezzanine seats at the Imperial for 41.50? Are they decent and can you see from these? Thanks!

they feel like the mid mezz and rear mezz of the gershwin theatre. you can see everything but the cast looks kinda small.

Compared to the Gershin mezz, the Imperial mezz is like being in their laps.

The Imperial isn't that big, maybe a few seats over 1500 and the rear mezz has, what 8-9 rows? Ask how many rows.

$41.50 is a good price for those seats.

I love the rear mezz at the imperial. As a teenager I practically lived there because the seats were 15 bucks for Les Mis.... and I just saw August:OC from there and it was just fine.

Billy Elliot is a very big show and it should look great from that section - especially if you can get something center.

Now what would you say if today I started over? Without a thing but this taped together four leaf clover And I'll pretend like everything is already alright And I'll run toward the sun till the castle's out of sight

Hi all -- bumping this thread with a question of my own.

I'm still toying with the AmEx presale thing... and for the particular date/time I need ... it's giving me Right-Orch, Row D ... seats 10-12 (which are 5th & 6th in).

Now ... I know that, in general, these are good, close seats ... but I've been screwed by the side orchestra before. I'm probably being way picky -- but I just want to know how the Imperial is set up and if these seats are gonna be TERRIFIC or merely, eh, good.

I saw Dreamgirls from the very last row of the Imperial and had no problems seeing.

Rather than orch D 10-12, go to the front mezz and look for rows A-B in sections 2 or 3. That is where you probably want to be for Billy.
