"It's been a while since you've worked on Broadway. "Minnelli on Minnelli," your last show, closed in early 2000. Would you like to work there?
I've had meetings on a half-dozen shows. I've had talks with Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman about "Catch Me If You Can."
The show by the creators of "Hairspray" based on the Leonardo DiCaprio-Tom Hanks film? That's interesting.
It's just been some conversations. I've been to a couple workshops. I've known them since they've put on shows in their living room. There's a lot of talent there. The show is set in the 1960s. It's an era I know. You never know how these things go. The music is so beautiful and evocative. They're finding a theater. I think it could be an incredible show."
