@Sealion: yeah, as AntV said, you can get tickets even if you're not from the US! I got my tickets last Monday without any problems! I have to collect them from the box office in may!

Can you please post if you get any answers concerning the shipping? I thought about collecting more points but I would need a world wide shipping as well...

I was just telling everyone on this thread that they have the tickets again because they all said that they didn't anymore.. and if they are going to sign up it might as well be through me. I only found this site by googling about the rewards so I just made my account and haven't posted anything else yet.

Gilly1732- I am yet to hear back from them! AntV, did you email them? I can not seem to find an email address on their website.

I've seen that the free tickets are back on the rewards page, but I'm only at 2300 points. Considering I am going to be in New York in two weeks, I doubt I'll make it My friends on Facebook haven't been very helpful!

I'm having the same problem logging in, only with twitter. Using facebook to login works fine. I tried with multiple accounts, computers, and browsers, doesn't work for any of them. Hope they fix it soon.

I emailed them previously using the form on this site: http://www.bigdoor.com/company/contact/

Whoever else is having problems logging in with a twitter account email them using that link so they will fix it asap.

My account is via Twitter as well. I seem to be able to access it via Facebook, but there's hardly any points on that account. Kind of happy to know that it's not just me. Hopefully it means they will do something about it quickly.

It it isn't sorted soon, I'm not going to be able to order the tickets in time for when I'm in NYC

I've had this problem several times before but was able to solve it pretty quickly.
Try deleting your cookies and browser history and try again. This worked for me every time. (Although it's strange that it didn't work on multiple computers... I'm currently logged in so I won't log out just to be safe... ^^)

Has anyone gotten the free tickets and used them yet? I have free tickets for the 20th and wondering if anyone's had problems picking them up at the theater.

I just picked up my 2 free tickets a few days ago, there was no problem. Though the woman did some typing in the computer for a minute or two before she gave me the tickets. Never picked up tickets before the day of the show so I don't know if that's normal procedure or she was checking why they're free or something. The tickets say 0.00 on them with the words 2FREE. They don't say comp.

And I'm going the 20th as well, evening.

There is an $8.50 fee per ticket from broadwayoffers.com, even for free tickets. No handling charge for free tickets, it's pick up only. Tickets are available for what looks to be every performance. Though you have to get them a little bit in advance. Right now the earliest date available is April 23.

Site still won't work for twitter accounts!
