has anyone gotten a response about them fixing the website?

I got an email saying that they are working on fixing the site, but that is about it.

Ditto. I never did receive a reply from the BOM rewards email, but the people on the other end of the Big Door one replied really swiftly to my questions and said they would let me know when it's fixed but they don't know how long it's going to take.

Has anyone noticed issues logging into the site in the past week? I'm connected to the site via Facebook and should be automatically logged on but earlier in the week the BOM Rewards profile/login no longer showed up in the left bottom corner of the page (not even prompting me to log in/register) and clicking on "rewards" --> "click here to begin now" doesn't show a login window either. I got around this issue by using a different browser this is now also no longer working. Just wondering if it's something to do with my machine or other people are experiencing the same issue? Thanks.

They fixed it, the site's finally letting twitter users log in again.
@caadian_turtle
That has happened to me before, clearing cookies will fix it. If you don't want to clear all your cookies because that will log you out of every website, you can search in your cookies for "bigdoor" and just delete those.

I just tried it and Twitter does indeed now work for me. Perhaps try a different browser?

Went tonight with my free tickets from the rewards program. I've listened to the recording tons of times, but it was my first time seeing the show and it was amazing. So yes it all works without a hitch in case anyone was wondering. I gotta thank this site and users for getting me all those referrals.
And BOM, I was sitting across the aisle from you. My guest on the aisle, me one seat in.

Good to hear it all went without a hitch for you AntV and you enjoyed the show. It could be a disappointment after loving the cast recording for so long and maybe hyping it up in your head so glad it wasn't the case for you ^_^
What is the view like from the seats that are part of the rewards scheme?

The view from left/center row K (last row) was fine, you could see faces. But those seats are kind of a pain. It seemed like the way those two sole seats were jammed in the back there makes for less leg room than any other seats. And you have to get up before and after the show and during intermission for the workers to climb the ladder up to the lighting booth. The sides (J-L) as close to the aisle as possible are probably better.
Oh I didn't even notice. I brought one of my friends who goes to college at bard. It took them a few minutes to give me my tickets. I was getting worried. But it all worked out. This was actually my 3rd time seeing the show in New York. I've seen it 4 times total. I'm glad you liked it AntV!

Hey guys! Ive seen the show once and I got hooked! I need to see it again! Im doing the rewards program. I started yesterday but I'm only at 500 or so. How do you get points daily? How long did it take you to acquire all of those points? If you guys could help, that would be awesome!

See my long post with numbered bullet points on the first page for all the ways to get points. The best way to get points quick is via referrals. You can find your referral link using the email button. Try posting it on some travel/review sites.

Thank you! How long will this take to get to say 6000? How long did it take you? How many points did you get daily?
ALSO! Ive been registering people through e-mail? Will the website know its me and give them the points? Or how does the registering piece work?

You can get 85 points a day, 25 from clicking twitter share every 12 hours, 10 from photo viewing every 12 hours, 5 for checking in every 24 hours, 10 for ringing the bell every 24 hours. Then it depends how many referrals you get for how long it will take you. If you're sending an email using the button on the site you'll get points for that. Or you can just copy the link it gives in that pre-written email and send that link to people.

Okay! But when I tweet stuff....it only gives me 5 points.....do i just do it 5 times every 12 hours. And will the site know the people that register because of my email and give me the 100 points?

You can Tweet 5 times in a row (or alternate it with Facebook) = 25 points.
If people use your personal referral link to sign up (and go through the entire process by connecting to the site with social media, which awards them 100 points too) you'll get 100 points each time.
For me all of the above mentioned by AntV works except for the checking in, which the site seems to do at random for me, but not as frequent as once a day (even though I'm on it far more than once day).

Okay! Thanks for your help guys! I just have a few more questions? What is the street team and when do they give out bonuses? And are the new missons during the week? If so, when do they usually show up?
Chorus Member Joined: 10/4/12
I've been doing this for a few weeks now and haven't see street team yet.
The "weekly" missions are also not weekly, as after the initial missions I've only had one other one.
I started doing this when it first launched and the street team thing has been there since the beginning. It's probably something that came with the software that BoM didn't want to deal with.
Or are waiting to implement.

They seemed to have stopped the weekly missions now, they were weekly every Monday for a few months after the program started. It gave 30 points or so.
And the street team has shown up a few times when it first started as well. It was just an additional tweet to share and it gave you 200 points. It was only available for 24 hours each time. Haven't seen it for a while now.

I got the two $69.00 tickets, and I didn't realize they were for Mezz row K until I found this message board. When I cashed in my rewards, I had been emailed a code to let me pick out two $69.00 tickets, so I picked out two orchestra seats. I printed my tickets and checked the date, but didn't realize the seats had been switched. Boo! -- disappointing!

@glader: You were able to pick tickets in the orchestra using your reward code? When I used my code the website wouldn't let me choose anything but row k in the mezzanine... Sounds like a bug in the system to me...
Swing Joined: 4/22/13
Are you able to pick the date for the show when you get the two $69 tickets? Are they always for row k in the mezz?
Is it honestly worth redeeming the points for? Like, are the seats/view worth it?
