#1Booth Theater Seating Question..
Posted: 7/4/09 at 6:04pm

I'm going to NYC on July 27th, and will also be seeing Next To Normal that night. I know this question has been asked before, but how are seats in mezz. row H? I read in the other thread that mentioned the seats, and a lot of people seemed to like them, and said they had a great view, but I just wanted to make sure they aren't too bad or anything. I purchased the seats already, ahead of time, because people had told me that they were pretty good.

Anyways, to stop the rambling, 1. do these seats have a good view (and how far back are the seats), 2. if not, is there any way I can exchange them.

The tickets cannot be refunded unless a performers name is billed above the title and they are out of the show. The theater is small I hear, so the seats should be fine. Plus didn't people already tell you they were pretty good...?

i didn't really think i'd be able to refund it for better tickets, but I thought I'd ask just in case.
people have told me they were pretty good, but I just wanted to know how far back they were and how good of a view there is.

You already bought the tickets. Even if we tell you the seats are horrible there's really not a whole lot you can do at this point. Just go and decide for yourself.

Well, if people already mentioned they were good seats, I would think that implies that they have a good view as well.

The Booth is tiny- the only semi-bad seats are in the back of the orchestra as the top level of the set is cut off due to the orchestra overhang.

Hmmm .... so do you think I was fibbing the other half-dozen times I answered this same question in half a dozen other threads and said that row H (saw the show from there twice) in the mezz is fine?
