When do they go into rehearsals?
Thanks
They start rehearsals in July. But I am sure someone has the exact date. IssaMe?? Badseed??

Don't anyone post the date. I am sure the cast and creative doesn't want crazy poeple outside trying to get a glimpse of Hugh the whole time or screaning outside of the rehearsal hall. LOl.

Piglet, I believe you were the one who told me July 21....but I can't be absolutely certain. (You know me, though, I tend to remember really insignificant details like that forever, but I can never remember if my own wedding anniversary is July 27 or 28! LOL!)

Sorry, Broadwayguy! Looks like I posted that just as you posted your warning....but like I said, I recall getting the date from another post on this board in the first place, so that information is already out there!
Bwayguy2...it was here that the date was posted...but not the location...that was kept under wraps by IssaMe and myself.

LOL. Keep it there... for Hugh's safety. ha ha ha. I'D assume 42nd Street Studios, but what do I know?
sweetie...you could have PM'd that to me!

I don't know if it's there. It was just a guess! I mean, it's in mid town, it's close to the imperial, etc, etc, etc. The only other logical choice is 890.

I can't wait, I hope they release a cd, I did a workshop with Stephanie Block (Liza Minnelli) and she was phenomenal!
They are supposed to! No idea when yet.
Does anyone know if Boys From Oz has a website?

I saw Peter Allen in "Legs Diamond". I always enjoyed his music & he gave his all ( a valiant effort) in trying to save what he worked so hard on. It was his dream to play Broadway. AT least he did fulfill his dream even if the end result was not what he had hoped for
While not a great show, it deserved a better fate. It had a great opening number & a few good numbers. I would love to hear some of the numerous songs cut during the extended preview period. I wonder what part this flop will have in The Boy From Oz
The only thing stopping me & the mrs from seeing some shows is the ever escalating prices. We will see this if the price is not out of line
By the way, completely off topic, I got a mailing today for discounted tickets for "Avenue Q"
Mr. Roxy,
I so understand your feelings about the prices...it is ridiculous! BFO prices range from I believe $81-$101. Its sick! I really wish they would have a frequent flyer type program on Bway!
For those interested there is the Original Australian Cast CD. I'm sure Footlight would have it.
