A musical, in many cases, is a play with musical numbers, so he wasn't completely wrong in saying that Spamalot was a play...Phantom of the Opera though is completely music though...but still I don't see the huge deal.

I just saw the T-shirt kid, and I noticed he had the Spamalot t-shirt and a Producers t-shirt.
