I always like to listen to brassy songs when I'm feeling blue, but I tend to always listen to the same ones. What are some of your favorites?

It's not Broadway, but if you're lookin for brassy and exciting, I recommend the albums "At the Hammersmith Odeon" by Bruce Springsteen, "Cowboy Bebop" by The Seatbelts, and "Let's Face It" by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones.
Anything sung by Ethel Merman -- she could make "Music of the Night" sound brassy.
Although I'm not sure that the OP and I are using the same definition of "brassy," I have the general impression that old musical comedies had more brassy numbers than other shows.
