I recently finished watching this past Sunday's (Dec. 3) episode of Curb, and I searched the board to see if it was discussed and didn't find any mention of it which surprised me. If I missed it, I'm sorry. The episode was probably the best Curb I've seen in the past several years, thanks mostly to a wonderful performance by Lin-Manuel Miiranda and an able assist from F. Murray Abraham. Around the 40 minute mark, there was an hilarious parody of Hamilton in which Larry David stepped into the role of Aaron Burr. I won't say more for fear of spoiling the fun. Even if you're not a big Larry David fan, I'd highly recommend this episode, which, by the way, is set within the context of producing a musical entitled "Fatwah."
Thought it was hysterical! Loved it. Lin was a good sport and F. (as in F*CKing Awesome) Murray Abraham was an even better sport. Kudos to the cast of Hamilton. According to a story I read, the cast really got into it and didn't want to stop. As for Fatwah the musical... let's just say, it would never make it to Broadway.... but then...sadly, maybe it would...
