Not Broadway, but the original West End cast of A CHORUS LINE (Americans) were replaced by British performers after a year. IIRC, it was a special deal with British Equity.
The entire American cast then became the "International Company" and played Toronto and Miami Beach before setting off across the U.S. as the second or third "national tour".

Going in the other direction
Kendra Kassebaum did Wicked tour and then to Broadway
Sarah Ford did Phantom tour and then to Broadway

No, the whole point of the thread is to name Broadway peformers who did the show on Broadway, and then went on tour with it.
Like the Los Angeles production of SPELLING BEE.
