Broadway Direct Arrival Times

I've received two emails (one for Wicked, one for Hamilton) that give arrival times based on seat location. However, the Wicked email doesn't include my row. The orchestra arrival times end at row R. Obviously I will try to call and/or email, but anybody have any other info on this?

Its really only a suggestion....go w/ the section that is closest and most convenient for you.

Hey there! If you've emailed us you've already gotten this info, but we're asking that everyone in Orchestra rows Q through ZZ try to arrive 40 minutes prior to the start of the show, so that the health and security screenings can be done as quickly and efficiently as possible for everyone coming to the theatre. Sorry for any confusion!
