Unfortunately Gypsy's capacity was only up to 62.2%. Better than last week though.

it is up 14 percent which isnt bad either maybe this week it'll get big. Also the average was in the mid 80s
Trust me everything will be coming up roses soon enough for that play then they will say sorry we screwed up and here is an exteneded run!

Well at least most things are slowly perking up. I still dont think Gypsy will extend.
Im glad Taboo, on its last week, broke even at last.
Lastly, I wonder if Boy From Oz is a typo. High 3 hundreds is awful for that show.

Who knows, with the Grammy win, higher numbers last week, and the good weather that's expected this week, things might just be coming up roses! Or just a very heartfelt farewell!!
I'm hoping for it to extend at least a month or two. Either way, I'm making it my final time Feb. 25

Posted: 2/9/04 at 8:49pmIts a very tourist-y show in my opinion...

Posted: 2/9/04 at 8:54pmYa, I forgot to add about Little Shop. It looks like they cant survive the winter.. I would have thought that it would be a huge hit because it seems like that touristy show. Its too bad because I really enjoyed it.

Posted: 2/9/04 at 9:12pmOh I really thought Little Shop would have done well. Everyone has seen the movie or some rendition of the show. I really enjoyed it so I hope it picks up or else it will be gone really soon

Posted: 2/9/04 at 9:18pmLittle Shop was only okay IMO. I was entertained as I was watching it, but it didn't leave an incredibly strong mark on me that made me want to see it again. Still, I don't think it deserves to close so soon. (though I doubt it will...)
