Brooklyn dropped 26.1 % this week (ouch) -- down to $341K and 71% attendance. I guess last week was sort of fluke (they were giving away TONS of discount seats).
Other double-digit drops: Rent (down 12.7% to 59.9%); Bombay Dreams (down 11% to 47.3%); Phantom (down 10.6% to 69.5%); Dame Edna (down 10.1% to 63.9% -- should rebound next week after the slate of rave reviews it got yesterday).
Also notables:
Dracula (down another 8.4% to 52.6% and $239K gross)
Night Mother (down 9.1% to 41.2%)

It matters not as Dracula will be closing after the first of the year for Julius Caesar
What a shame. Hopefully, a cast album will survive but I would not bet on it
Looks like it was a bad week, in general...ah, well.
How is Bombay Dreams still open?
ouch.
The average ticket price for Brooklyn is UP by aprox. $8! YAY
AND to defend Brooklyn, while it went significantly down, it is still 40,000 and more above its break even.. it could be worse.. for example, Bombay Dreams or Dracula!
I guess, Tiny will always find some good news, no matter how badly Brooklyn is doing, you just need to dig hard enough...
My faith in mankid has been restored for this week...

71% is not bad. Look at the other shows

Yeah, 71% isn't bad at all. Just compare it to Wicked and Mamma Mia. It's doing great.
