I agree RippedMan. I felt totally ripped off. Garbage on Broadway.

Having an orchestra that size, a cast that size and a star like Glenn - it was worth the over $1000 I spent on tickets these last 5 months. I don't regret it at all - and only hope that this production will be preserved or presented somehow for posterity..."
Chern, I saw it five times and also spent $1,000+ on it that I don't regret, but I think you're conflating the orchestra, cast, and star with the set. My use of the term "semi-staged" (not concert) was in reference to the set.

The whole thing felt like I was seeing the 10 national tour and not a big highly anticipated revival. There was just no wow factor. "
Sets not automated? Except for pretty much all of it... tons of fly automation, the roving Dreamland platform, the helicopter... we must have been watching different shows, because when I saw it my first thought was "wow, if they're using this set it's going to be a bear to tour."
