CATS: THE JELLICLE BALL Reviews

Robbie2 said: "Again!? Curous as to why you keep on seeing this show over and over?"

If someone enjoys/appreciates something, why would they not want to experience it multiple times? I've seen many shows multiple times.

CATS: THE JELLICLE BALL Reviews

Does anyone know why the Friday performance was presented as an event of sorts, i.e., why ALW was featured in the show and subsequently spent so much time with everyone in the street?

Phantom Tour Cast

surferbro24 said: "My biggest issue was Isaiah Bailey's Phantom...the chemistry between the Phantom and Christine just wasn't there. Their first scenes in the lair felt awkward rather than hypnotic, and there was virtually no tension between them. Whatever you think the relationship is, the show depends on some combination of attraction, obsession, danger, and emotional pull. Here, that dynamic never materialized. At times they even came across as oddly sassy with one another

CHESS Sets June 21 Closing

That casting would have been amazing.

I'm really sorry to see this close and am glad we went back last week for a second viewing.

Official: Jamie Lloyd's EVITA to open on Broadway in Spring 2027

Same. This is way too far in advance for me. sad

I've heard that construction has been going on in the area around Lee's Art Shop, and this has prevented them from using the rooftop spaces. It looks like the outdoor segments will return this coming Saturday.

Has Anyone Caught the HEATED RIVALRY Parody Musical?

dramamama611 said: "Interesting. I wasn't sure if the other person that brought this up (on Reddit, after all) was reading too much into it or not. Sorry to hear, however, that they seem to be spot on about it. Maybe they'll cut it. But I won't hold my breath."

I really do wish they'd cut it (it's only a few seconds and completely unnecessary) because it was the only thing that felt mean in what we otherwise thought was a warm and fu

THE LOST BOYS Reviews

My husband and I attended the evening performance on 5/13/26 and didn’t love this. We saw eight shows during this visit, and The Lost Boys was the only one that disappointed. It wasn’t bad, but overall we didn’t feel that the transition to a musical really did anything to enhance the story. If anything, it often felt like the songs halted the show every time it started to gain momentum. There are some good voices (Shoshana Bean can really sing), but the on

Has Anyone Caught the HEATED RIVALRY Parody Musical?

dramamama611 said: "Question, someone mentioned that they use Connor's voice from his childhood YouTube vid to "prove" or imply the character is gay and found it distasteful. What's your take on it?"

This is true, and it was the only (very brief, just a few seconds) segment in which we thought they may have crossed a line. We didn't feel that it was appropriate to use Connor's actual voice as a child for laughs, and it would in no way di

THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW reviews

My husband and I saw the 5/15/26 performance, and I was surprised by my own reaction to it. Despite the fact that I thought everyone aside from Luke Evans (although he should shave the mustache) and Andrew Durand was miscast, the show was great fun and I had a blast.

CATS: THE JELLICLE BALL Reviews

My husband and I saw the evening performance on 5/16/26 and found it to be everything the reviews have said: pure joy from start to finish. Grizabella's ascent to the heaviside layer was spectacular, and Sydney James Harcourt was...

GALILEO to Open at the Shubert Theatre, Fall 2026

SteveSanders said: "hak5 said: "Y'all who are saying this will close early are shameful. We should be happy we are getting a new show! And let's not judge it before we see it."

I don't necessarily disagree, but if people did what you suggest about 25% of the posts here would never be made.

And that would be bad?

Has Anyone Caught the HEATED RIVALRY Parody Musical?

My husband and I saw it last Thursday night, and both of us LOVED it and would happily see it again. We also both love the TV show (and I've read all of Rachel Reid's books) and were initially concerned that a parody of it might be mean-spirited, but the musical manages to be laugh-out-loud hilarious while remaining reverential to the source material. There are some great voices in the cast, and the two leads bear a sufficient resemblance to Connor Storrie and

We attended the 7:30pm performance on 5/17/26, and the actual rooftop was not used for "All I Ask of You" nor "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again/Wandering Child". The weather was fine that evening, which left me wondering whether they ever use the rooftop anymore, and if so, under what circumstances.

Wow, he's really packed into those white briefs. devil

It was, and that's why I bought that time slot, but then someone posted here that it was changing at the end of April.

I sure wish someone could get access to this information, as I'd really like to know who I'm going to get next Sunday (5/17) at 7:30pm. The showitself has been decidedly less than helpful.

Telecharge - 40% Spring Savings Sale Promotion

carlisle14 said: "I wish Masquerade would do a discount. I am oddly interested in checking out this version of theater, but I am not sure I want to invest $400 for the two of us to roll the dice on it. Seeing mixed reviews with uneven performers and loud, piped in music, but others think it is the bees knees. I've not done a walk-thru experience like this one before and can't wrap my head around what that would be like, and if it could really be worth the $. ."
