Posted: 9/11/06 at 6:52pmWicked is not 100%. Rent went from the 80's to 50's. I'm guessing this is mostly because kids on the east coast going back to school and 9/11.

Posted: 9/11/06 at 6:57pmI'm still suprised to see Spamalot down so much. Oh well. I doubt any of the major shows are all that effected, most producers expected this. We'll see how it plays out for some of the newer shows opening during the "dead months." I'm not sure why you want to open your show during the "dead months."

Posted: 9/11/06 at 7:02pmIt has nothing to do with 9/11. It's due to the fact that the tourists are gone. Labor Day weekend was the last big weekend when it comes to grosses. These months are tough, then it picks up from Thanksgiving to New Year's, then it goes down again until April.
