Normal fall numbers, not inflated by Bway Week.

I wonder how far along Waitress is to recouping.

looks like a no news week to me. not sure why that's depressing. based on what they say about no news if nothing else.

Waitress seemed to buck the trend of drops from Broadway Week... perhaps this show will be more immune to the ebb and flow of special/holiday weeks as it transitions into the normal off-peak season.

If we assume that they're taking home (as profit) around 250k in an average week (more in the $1mm+ wks, less recently) times the 26 weeks its been running, that puts you at $6.5m. Assuming the play took between 11-13m to produce, Id say we're looking at somewhere between a low of 50% and a high of 70%

Waitress capitalized at 12 million, according to the Weisslers. Your estimate is right, but we don't need to assume:

Waitress has "bucked the trend" all year ie surviving the season, so I'd imagine it will continue that way. Updated On: 9/26/16 at 04:13 PM

Wonder if AAIP will see any sort of significant bump before closing...
