Broadway On Broadway

I attnded "Broadway on Broadway" yesterday. The musical selections for the new season, I'm sorry to say, were not memorable. Sadly, it appears that the previous year's shows are better than the new. Where is the talent that wrote recent shows such as "Wicked", "Jekyll and Hyde", "Avenue Q" and "Rent"? I was also suprised that "Lennon" appeared since its' closing had been announced.
