I think John Hill said in an interview he was told at some point he'd need to get a nose job to succeed. Didn't exactly work out that way.

I think if you're a special talent, a less-than-perfect nose or a flat figure won't interfere too much. Who knows; maybe some plastic surgery will help you stand out a little. Or maybe having the same, perfectly even facial features as everyone else will only be to your disadvantage. *shrug*
