Andy Cohen mentioned it on WATCH WHAT HAPPENS LIVE! He said she wasn't invited this year by Anna Wintour because Parker is playing Miranda Priestly in the Broadway musical adaptation of THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA, which didn't fare all too well with Ms. Wintour and her people.

Meryl isn’t really into fashion so I’m guessing she wouldn’t attend even if invited. And while I’m sure there were hurt feelings at first after the movie came out, they seem to have mended fences as evidenced by good natured interview between Anna and Meryl. I’m sure the video is on You Tube.
